Ordered disc drive on launch announcement. Never dispatched. Money taken. Three emails ignored. Had to issue a chargeback through my credit card.

Bought a VR headset, lenses arrived scratched out of the box. Sent back for replacement, they shipped back the exact same scratched unit. Shocking lack of quality control.

Third DualSense controller in two years with stick drift. They deliberately use cheap potentiometers so you are forced to buy a new $75 controller every 6 months. Terrible hardware quality.

PlayStation Direct sent empty box, courier driver stole it. Sony opened an investigation that took 60 days only to say 'delivered according to GPS'. Out of pocket $500.

Stick drift on brand new console controller out of the sealed box. Quality assurance is dead at Sony.

Stick drift after 100 hours of gameplay. Disgusting that they haven't switched to Hall effect sensors in 2026.

Taking away physical discs means Sony can revoke access to your games whenever they decide to shut down servers. Refuse digital only!

отдельный дисковод за 15к вы там совсем с ума сошли?? консоль за 80к без дисковода это позорище.
